When can I contact my concierge?
You may contact your concierge by phone, email ( CityConcierge@mycityconcierge.com) or through this website any weekday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Emails and voicemails received after 5:00pm will be returned the next business day.
What can a concierge help with?
The better question is, "What can't a concierge help with?" Our professional concierges can assist with everything from finding a house-sitter to making travel plans to Europe. Having trouble locating a hard-to-find gift? Tickets to a sold-out concert? Just give us a call. Our service is limited only by your imagination. We've even been known to perform a miracle or two.
How often can I use the concierge service?
Our flat-rate membership includes UNLIMITED calls to your concierge. Our goal is to make our Virtual Concierge Service as easy to use as possible. You may sign up or cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, and you may call your concierge as many times as you wish throughout the course of your membership.
How soon will my request be completed?
Your concierge will respond to your request within the hour after it's been received. The timeliness will be determined by the task at hand and how much research it will require to complete. Most requests can be completed in 24 hours from the time the request was originally submitted.
How do I change my password?
Once you are logged in to your account, you may change your password at any time.

How do I edit my Account Details and Personal Information?

Here you may edit your personal details (name, profession, favorites, hobbies, etc.), company, work or home address, credit card numbers, and more. Just click on the appropriate tab.
How do I update my credit card information for billing and purchases?

Click on the tab labeled "Credit Cards." Our member website is secure, so you may store multiple credit cards in your account with confidence that they will be kept private.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Our website is secure, so you can feel comfortable editing your account information online. City Concierge keeps all client information private and will not sell or distribute your contact information to other businesses.
